Redeemed points but received no reward

Discus and support Redeemed points but received no reward in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I redeemed by Xbox Rewards Points yesterday, 12,000 points for 1 Month of Game Pass Ultimate.     Redeemed points but received no reward


    I redeemed by Xbox Rewards Points yesterday, 12,000 points for 1 Month of Game Pass Ultimate. I still haven't received an email or code or anything, what do I do?

    Never got my rewards.

    I finally got that one to send. Hopefully they get back to me. So tired of redeeming rewards points just to not receive the reward.

    Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    Do you mean you redeemed the code on your Microsoft account and the points aren't showing up in game, or you redeemed it from Microsoft Rewards and haven't received that code yet?

    If it's from Rewards, keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
