Hello! Sorry for this issue, does it say which family you are in? (please exclude any personal information) If it's putting you in a random family then someone obviously has access to your account. So check your sign-in activity. If you see any unrecognizable sign in an activity I would recommend changing your password but I'm assuming you can't change it without the "parent" in your "Microsoft family"

Try to go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and sign in with your Microsoft Account. If you get a page explaining how to add a child account to the Microsoft Family settings, you have a child account.

In that case, have your parent sign in with their adult account on
https://account.microsoft.com/family and add your account to the family.

Then the parent has to go to https://account.xbox.com/settings and sign in with their parent account. They should then see your account.

Ask the member to log in to their account.

Select Your information, and then check that the following information is correct:

Note Accounts must have a date of birth. If the date of birth shows that the account owner is under the age of majority (for example, 18 years old in the US), parental consent will be required to complete account creation for an Xbox profile.

Select Edit profile information to change the details as necessary, then select Save.
Select the Family icon, then confirm that the member's account appears there.
