Account hacked, trying to get it back.

Hello! A while ago (a year ago), my account got hacked. I tried to get it back a while ago, had to fill out a form in word and send it. Provided all the details I could. And they said something about not being able to give me the account back, and locking it. Today I tried again, filled out the recovery form on the site, and they told me I didn't provide enough info. I know everything about the account, except birthdate, as I made the account in 2017 and I didn't use my real birthdate. I know when I got gamepass the first time, what games I played, who I played with, my minecraft ign, what servers I played on minecraft, and time played on those servers. What ubisoft account I linked to it, what EA account I linked to it.

Hypothetically, what if someone's account did get hacked, what would Xbox do then? Would they actually go out of their way to try to get your account back to you?
