    Why does my xbox icons dissappear sometimes on dashboard and menu when I turn on the xbox?


    It doesn't do it all the time. Just occasionally, a restart fixes it or holding down the power button for 15 seconds, before it does it again at some point, it's annoying. So if I start a game, it shows it. But if I close it, it'll will disappear lol. Anyone ever see anything like this? This a known issue?

    Even when you're connected to Xbox LIVE though? For me, I only see basic icons when Offline, at least at the Quickplay Menu.

    Slow Xbox dashboard.

    Sometimes my Xbox do that, I refresh the dashboard and it fix, or I turn it off and turn on again.

    Xbox one drops to dashboard in between loading games.

    All my games are digi only. Every now and them I'll click on the dashboard icon, the game screen will come up, then go back to dashboard. If it does it a second time I end up doing a reset. However the Xbox will turn off but the power light will pulsate
    on and off for like 5 mins afterwards. Pesky Gremlins

    Hello I have turned on my Xbox this morning and the dashboard is working fine, the mini menu is fine (except for unloaded game and app icons) but when trying to load onto a password protected account, it simply stays loading. I have a feeling this might
    be more of a software and hardware problem rather than the one off bug you encounter. Is there a place where I might be able to get my console repaired? Many Thanks :)

    Installed games in XBox app on PC are no longer showing up after installing KB4586876

    Um whoops. Turns out, I had clicked on the XBox app icon in the Windows menu instead of my standard XBox (Beta) app that I've had since beta. I guess it launched another profile etc. when I did that. Anyway, false alarm.
