Xbox 360 game progress "gone"

Hello, I know this post will not attract a lot of attention, but I'm having issues with my game progress on The Bourne Conspiracy. I beat the game/1000G last year, and I occasionally play it for fun.

One day recently, when I attempted to replay a chapter, I noticed that the game showed me a "brightness menu" setup, as if I was playing the game for the first time. Confused, I exit out the level, and I then navigated to the menus and noticed certain options were locked, like replaying boss battles and viewing cinematics. In order for these to unlock, you have to find all passports (a collectible) in the game. There is an achievement for finding every passport in the game. Like I said earlier, I have 1000G and earned every achievement last year. Every level is playable, but when playing any level and pausing it, it displays “0/10 passports.”

When I tried to delete my profile and recover it, I attempted to start the game, but a message pops up saying that I last played this game on another console, which I know is not true. I don't have another 360 that I use, and the game is not BC on Xbox One. I also double checked my original save file (which is still there) on my hard drive, with a creation date in 2020.

I know I’m talking into a void, but any potential feedback/help would be greatly appreciated.

Pealse clear your Xbox 360 cache by going to Settings > System > Storage

Highlight your storage device and press Y. Select Clear System Cache

Restart your console and check if your progress is restored.

And then check Xbox Live sync issues. Since you're getting a message about playing on another console, it might be an Xbox Live sync issue. Sign out and back in, then check your cloud saves.

Next is to delete your profile but not the save data. After that is to re-download your profile from Xbox Live. Restart the game and see if your progress is restored.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall and then reinstall the gamee. In order for the corrupted files will be deleted.

Yes it was logged in using the same account. Only thing is that previously it probably wasnt through xbox live. After linking to xbox live the progress was gone.

Correct, you can try using the Microsoft account in logging in. If it's the correct account that you previously used, you should be able to continue where you left off.
