one day, my minecraft license stopped working, and the Minecraft launcher said that I allegedly did not have the Internet. I decided to reinstall the launcher and now I can't download it back, it gives the error 0x89235106. it doesn't work in either the xbox or the microsoft store. I tried all the methods with reinstalling everything, resetting servers, etc. and for some reason it takes me a very long time to start the xbox launcher.

I have a same problem here, Error code 0x89235106 shown when I want to download minecraft launcher on PC.

I followed the instructions:
- Error 0x87e00196 came up when attempting to download Minecraft Java via the xbox app and when attempting to download Minecraft Launcher via the Microsoft Store

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

May I know if you already tried downloading the minecraft launcher app using the Xbox app in your PC?
If you try downloading a different app or game, are you receiving the same error code or not at all?
If you go to Minecraft.net/download and try installing the launcher from there. It works as expected or are you getting an error?

I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.
