My Xbox One Won't Install Any Games.

Make sure your console is connected to the internet and that your speed is stable. Go to:

 > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network connection

Review storage space

If storage is full, installs can silently fail. Go to:

Settings > System > Storage

Free up space or plug in an external drive.

Check your game library

Instead of installing from the store, try:

My games & apps > Full library > Owned games

See if the game shows up here and install directly from there.

Make sure you’re using the correct account

If you purchased the game digitally, double-check you’re signed into the account that owns it. You can verify your purchases here:

installing the game from owned games worked, i dont know what changed as that didnt work before but the game seems to be installing now
