    Desperate Mum needing help with security


    My eldest son (22yr old) created a Microsoft Family Safety profile, set my husband and I as ‘family organiser’ and the two minors as ‘member’..

    The problem I’m having is that the eldest is constantly turning off the restrictions I’ve set for the minors.. I need to either remove him or remove the two minors and create a new ‘Family’ group so that my husband and I are the only people set as organisers..

    I need help with the process.. I am unable to remove the eldest (or even the husband for that matter) as he has set me to only have rights the two minors as ‘my family group’ (3 members, myself included) within the main ‘your family’ (5 members, myself included)..

    Please can someone give me detailed instructions on how to regain full parental control.. I’m willing to go as far as wiping the Xbox..

    And this is why you don't allow kids to do your job for you

    One there can only be one organizer

    Second change your passwords if you have control over your accounts

    Only the organizer can remove profiles And you would have to create an new family group

    What kind of error is it giving you when you try using favorablesugar6? If its in use it cannot be used (searched and its not in use; unless by zune user? maybe) but how did you lose your progress trying to change names?
