This could be the result of a corrupt save file.

Perform a hard reset, see https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console for exact instructions.

If that doesn't help you can try out a soft factory reset.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your WIFI

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Is your Cloud account set up in order to save games?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past this error. I can totally understand how this could be pretty frustrating after a bit. If this error comes up every time you attempt to play any game, I suggest trying a soft factory
reset of the console. It's a factory reset that does not remove any of your games and apps and is great troubleshooting in general. Once you have made sure that your network is up to par (with an open NAT type) and that you know all the sign-in information
for your gamertags (as they will need to be redownloaded after) follow the steps outlined in How to reset your console to factory defaults
on Xbox One and select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.


When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.
