Im getting nat type strict

I have att fiber wireless gateway and 2 xbox series x console, 1 console directly connected via ethernet and the other connected via wifi. Both are getting nat type strict

Strict NAT occurs when there is some type of restriction on your network that prevents your console from properly communicating with the servers. Microsoft offers some recommendations for correcting this issue. Please try following the instructions in the "General NAT Troubleshooting" section.

Im really confussed now on the xboxone dashboard it says my nat type is strict yet im now on cod ghosts and my nat type is OPEN wtf

My nat type was open on Xbox360 and for some reason is strict on Xbox one? Can any help me and tell me how to get my nat type off strict?

Nat Type Strict (Or Moderate) to find out if you have a strict or moderate NAT Type, and how to resolve it.
