    I received an enforcement message when playing last night but says I’ve been banned for 2 days when I haven’t even been online for most of the day yesterday I was busy. I hadn’t talk to anyone that day apart from one person that I was enjoying playing Fortnite with so I don’t understand why I got banned because I had not messaged anyone since Monday and don’t really message anyone in general online unless it’s through group posts looking for people to play.

    If anyone from Xbox sees this I would request that it be lifted as I have not broken any rules

    Unclear about comm ban length.

    I was replying to this and I quote "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges"this is an account suspension. if you had an account suspension
    you would havn't be able to sign in.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    What it actually sounds like especially if it is happening with ALL accounts on the xbox is that it is actually a console suspension. and not a specific account suspension.
