    My controller won't stay connected I tried everything on the list I think it have something to with that last update I been dealing with this problem for about two weeks now got new batteries and a new controller and samething happing this making it easy for me to go to Sony

    Once you pair with your console it should always connect automatically unless you used it on another Xbox one console or a PC.

    Unless connected with the charge cable my controller just blinks and I get the connect controller message, new battery new cable so what's up?
    Have you tried new batteries. If that is not the problem try another controller and see if it does the same thing :)

    Hi, ChieffMarley! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your controller that won't stay connected to your device. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

    Kindly try to do these steps and check if it will fix the issue.

    Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

    Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

    Connect the controller once the console is up and running.

    Then, please check if that fixes the issue. Thank you!
