    Account loss due to Sony Cloud Storage


    I played Forza and almost finished everything in the game, I bought more than 500 cars, I bought all the houses of the game and I had more than 145 million credits and almost finished everything, and I lost the account because of Sony's cloud storage and now I started from scratch, but the game counts the old storage for me, is there a way to return my account?

    how exactly is the accounting the old storage for you?

    Are you talking about playtime in that kind of thing? Microsoft cannot do anything with Sony cloud storage unfortunately you'll have to ask them

    My Cloud gaming wait time is over 90 min, I paid for game pass for this to be convenient, not to just wait through loading screens

    Then you haven't been paying attention then

    Cloud is a loss leader for ms also.if you didnt know in october xbox got a huge influx or cloud users with launch of starfield and geforce now and steam.deck users being able to use xcloud and they recently added 9 other services for free as part of the EU deal

    Cloud is a loss leader and considered a perk.not.a main feature even sony didn't believe it was a competitor

    Hey Bandit - do you have Cloud Storage or Background Downloads enabled? If so, then the delay in full system shutdown would likely be due to either syncing with Cloud Storage or finishing any downloads you may have pending. :)

    This would be a great feature, it could also help the xb1 have unlimited worlds, due to cloud storage.
