error when enabling/disabling pc-gameactivities in xbox gamebar

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please make sure that your Windows 10 and Xbox Game Bar app are fully updated. For PC update, open Settings (Win + I). Go to Update & Security > Windows Update. Click Check for updates and install any available updates.

To update Xbox gamebar, open Microsoft Store. Click on your profile icon and select App updates. Find Xbox Game Bar and click Update.

Once both are up to date, restart your device.

And then uninstall and reinstall Xbox gamebar via Microsoft Store.

Next is to reset Game Bar settings. To do this, go to Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Game Bar and reset its settings.

I couldn't reinstall Xbox gamebar via Microsoft Store. And resetting it didn't help. I also tried resetting the Xbox app, but that also didn't help.

Unfortunately i think it is not as the GameBar is built into the Windows 10 kernal as far as im aware you can only enable or disable it.

found it is a popular issue on other forums, it is apparently gamebar causing it all the time and when gamebar is disabled it stops it completely, nothing psyonix can do about it, they say it is up to microsoft to fix gamebar. i have just disabled it as its useless anyway.
