    The "Lb" and "Rb" buttons sometimes don't work, the controller it's self cane with "stick drift" on both analog sticks and it is progressively getting worse the controller cover is peeling off( as in the black grippy plastic that feels cheap and just slides off and my main comcern is that the left analog stick is unable to move and it doesn't work properly it is hard to describe and I don't know how to attach a video to this (this is on the blue model of the controller and was over £100 pounds so it is a big problem

    Once approved, they will send you the shipping label so you can send the defective controller and when they receive it, they will send you the functional controller.

    I've had my white elite controller for over a year now without any issues. I went through two black elite controllers because the grips came off. I haven't had that issue with the white ones. I'm looking forward to the elite 2 controller.

    i got mine on release and 3 months later got stick drift that is 10x worse than anything i got on my Elite 1, I thought they were meant to make the Elite 2 better, not worse! Expected so much more from a control costing £150.

    I second that. There should be some sort of replacement program: I give Microsoft the defective Xbox one controller back, they offer me the Elite controller at a discounted price.

    Now, I had to buy 2 controllers, so, what do you say Microsoft? Further discount?
