    Missing storage on xbox series s


    Im using the 500 gig series s that only gives u 364 gigs. Ik that's for software and stuff but I'm only using 170 of that on games and apps but only have 100 left. Is it just me or am I missing a hole 100 gigs? Edit: I already cleared the captures and saved data from series and 360. I also did a hard reset and cleared my cache.

    Have you already signed into the Xbox? I'm wondering if it has downloaded profile data. I'm not near my Xbox at this time to check to see how much storage the profile data uses.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    According to Xbox support:

    "Xbox consoles come with either a 500-gigabyte (GB) or a 1-terabyte (TB) internal storage drive. Most of this space is available for games and apps, though some is reserved for saved games, console software, and other system functions. So, even with no games installed, you won't see the full 500 GB or 1 TB free."
