I have old games lots disc Xbox 360 keep … I try load disc old game Xbox 360 to Xbox one X no work load .. I hate again buy store each £15.99p unfair. I no happy Store are robber money need more games old again buy sTOp

Please fix update for Xbox one X will be old games Xbox 360 for Disc keep back..

As i seen information where people are told it may be disc drive but mine plays all xbox one and 360 backward compatible discs no problem but left 4 dead i think microsoft needs to move the buy on xbox 360 or on xbox .com from the store listing as xbox
live doesnt recognise its there and if the did the game would install easier as its the only game on the backward compatible store that says buy on 360 or from store.

you would have to tell us which game because not all games are compatible

I have been having the same issue for days, and I am 30 hors into the game.

I tried Microsoft 'Chat' support, and they keep directing me to my network. It isn't my network.

I can play other 360 and Xbox One games.

I have also downloaded free games to see if it was a connection issue, it works fine.

I have been playing it using the disc version, so it was $5.00 in the store, I thought I would try and buy it so I could continue my game, but it will not install :-(

Now, when I put the disc in, I am asked ''do you own this game'' before being directed to the Xbox store to BUY IT! This is really the worst gaming experience I have ever had, not only can I not play the game, Microsoft as asking me to buy a game I have
already bought.

Thanks for the replies chaps but I guess its time to pack up the Xbox one and try to get a refund, playing a game shouldn't take over 24 and then ask you to buy something you already bought, I have signed into my friends Xbox one and it works perfectly,
with the disc so it isn't that.

Sigh.....waste of time.
