Xbox removed from account daily

Thank you for your reply. I've had to follow these steps everyday for the past week. I've even gone as far as doing a hard reset but my profile is still being removed.

I also made sure the option to delete accounts after sign off is disabled but no luck.

Please try the following steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Remove your account from the console (You need to have your email address handy so that you can log in later).

2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

6. Log in to your account again.

If the problem persists, please try a soft reset.

Go to Settings > System > Console info.

There select the option to reset the console while keeping your games and applications.

This process will remove the accounts on your console, you just need to re-enter them with their respective email and password.

I would bypass the router and plug the xbox directly into the modem , reboot everything and see how it acts....if all is well with that setup , then you know the Linksys is the bad guy.....

Just to add to what Bimnog said so we can help you better: is your console region the same as the country you are located now?
