    I bought a dlc on the game Hunter Call of the Wild I played on it for about a week or so until today when I loaded into the game it acted like I didn't own it. So I checked Microsoft store and it said I owned the dlc and had it already installed on my Xbox series x. So I decided to and uninstall and reinstall it but after I uninstalled it acted like I needed to buy it again in the Microsoft store .

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with accessing a DLC.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check your Xbox account by making sure that you are logged into the same Microsoft account that originally purchased the DLC. Sign out your account, restart your device and then sign in the account where you bought the DLC.

    Next is to restore purchases. To do this, go to https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history and verify that the DLC is listed as purchased.

    Then perform a hard reset. Hold down the power button on your Xbox Series X for 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Then unplug it for a minute before restarting.

    If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, manually reinstall the DLC instead of reinstalling the entire game. Do this by going to My Games & Apps > Hunter: Call of the Wild > Manage Game & Add-ons and reinstalling the DLC separately.

    For game add-ons -or DLC- the first place to check is in your games and apps:

    - In your games list, select a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
    - There, look for them under the Installed or Ready to Install list.

    If you cannot find them there, please sign in at http://store.xbox.com and search for them. From there, you can also trigger the installation to the console.
