Why does when I try to scroll down on my Xbox Home Screen, it goes immediately back up.

Test the home screen scroll again

2. Clear persistent cache

I’ve also tried different controllers

If it helps. When i try and boot from the home button it lights up but goes of immediately. Holding the eject+bind and then home button it stays on for exactly 4 seconds before shutting down

So when I turn my xbox one on it does the usual green start up screen but after that it goes to a grey screen. When I hit the home button on my controller it doesn't immediately pull up the dash board but when I do it again it does but it doesn't let me
select anything. I tried powering the console off and unplugging it for a few minutes but it still doesn't work.

Anyone have any idea whats going on?

This same issue is happening to me, i turned mine off and on and got to the home page but now it is not letting me play any game and says it needs an update

On your Xbox one, go to settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

Once done then go to the home screen, scroll to the left and down to the gear and choose restart console.

When it's back on then add your profile and try to launch Minecraft and see if it loads your save please.
