    Xbox account stolen, can not recover by any means


    Xbox account stolen.

    My xbox game pass account is stolden i cant access or recover it and the my microsoft account tied to my email does not show any subcriptions or payment details,

    Login in via my email now brings me to a new xbox account and new mircosoft account, my email has all the payment recipts and order info from my orginal xbox account, but i have no access and the recovery code only goes to a russian email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" which i do not own.

    Please help

    This could mean that your account was recovered on a different xbox. If you did not recover your account you may have a stolen account on your hand. If so call Xbox Support Team at 1800-4-MY-XBOX. Hope this help, have a great day.

    Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

    All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).
