i really need to find out why i was suspended on xbox

it just says that i was but doesnt say why, im guessing alot of people say they did nothing wrong but i truly did nothing wrong

Hi, to find out why an account is banned or suspended you need to log in on enforcement.xbox.com. From there you should be able to find the info you need.

You need to log in on enforcement.xbox.com and from there you should be able to find out why you were suspended.

"He claimed the only way I could find out why my son was banned was to report another user and then someone would contact me about that report and I could then ask why he was suspended???"

Is this really what support are telling people??
