Why is my previously purchased game not showing as owned in the Microsoft store on Xbox?

I purchased Jedi Fallen Order on my Xbox a while back and now just recently it is saying I do not own the game, however it is still installed and I can still play it and launch it just fine. There are no other accounts on my Xbox that ever bought or own the game so I know it disappeared from my library. It shows up in my list of installed games but on the store it shows the purchase icon and in my library on the Xbox app it is not showing.

Never recieved any email, notification or anything that it would be removed either. I have already tried rebooting, unplugging my Xbox and I cant uninstall the game or I might lose access to it entirely.

Please check to see if your game purchase is listed in your order history via this website

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you can't see it, make sure you choose the "All Available" filter and that you're logged into the correct account.

Please let me know if you manage to locate the purchase with the status "Completed"

Additionally, you can look for the email Microsoft sends when you make a purchase, indicating that the purchase has been processed successfully.

Thank you. Just in case, did the other family accounts also purchase Minecraft or is your account in the family group the only one that has purchased it?

Hello John, I have a similar problem. I set up a call 2 days in a row to speak with a Microsoft rep. When they called, the call drops and they don’t call me back. When I try to set up a new call, the web agent tells me that I’ve reached my maximum daily call back allowance. This is ridiculous as they’re not helping me or calling me back. I’ve spent hours on this an nobody is helping me! Why is Microsoft treating their customers so poorly????

That is just a simple name change due to the fact that Windows 11 released, Minecraft for Windows 10 would not be an accurate name any longer. So you have the correct Minecraft.

I am checking a few things on our end of things, could you go to the Microsoft store under the account email that purchased Minecraft in 2018 and go to your Library and confirm that the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition is not preset.

Could you also go to http://account.microsoft.com/orders and use the filters as:

View: Digital
Ordered Within: All available

And let me know if your Minecraft purchase is present there as well.
