    Hello

    My account was hacked the 18 of May , i loose the access of the account MS , XBOX , game and data .

    The hacker update and change password , change email adress of recovery, change authentificator token in less 10minutes .

    I open a safety account ticket with the L1 MS/XBOX Support the 21 of May .

    The Friday 23 of May with the help of Support L1 MS/XBOX, an escalation at the more high level support of safety account team was initiated .

    -> I received from engineers teams a form recovery by email .

    I have provided the requested elements (around 20 input details) to the email recovery form with old histories used on this account before the 18 of May and those used for years ; to prove that the account belonged to me and that I am no longer able to use it due to the hack/scam by a third party since the 18 of May.

    I waiting today the 29 of May to sent an email at the safety team to follow up the escalation in progress.

    I receive i think an automatic email to say me :

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.
    This case is currently open, and in line to be process as soon as our engineers can get to it. We understand how important your account is to you and we will respond as soon as we can.

    The issue is very important and the account is still not locked, so i contact all the days the MS Support but the L1 cannot follow this level ticket of account escalation .

    So I try from this MS forum community , if any community MS engineer/manager can read and take into account my situation to give me a support with the Team Management Safety account, in internal Microsoft services .

    My Ticket number open at the more high level support level of safety account since the Friday 23 of MAY (so 4 business days) , is :

    I hope anyone of Microsoft community can understand my situation and check this post to be able to provide me support with N3 engineers safety team .

    I cannot call N3 enginneers team , only the Level1 so i try this process of communication to have a hope of take into account as soon as possible .

    Thanks a lot to have read this escalation message and i hope you can give me a support as soon as possible with N3 Safety account team and CDOC case Management .

    How can I transfer my digital purchased games to a different account?

    The only way to do this is to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

    If you account was truly hacked then they would have you create a new MS account without a Xbox profile on it and then ask you questions about your hacked account to verify ownership of it then they would send that information up to their escalations team
    who will verify that information and if your account was hacked would then transfer ALL of your information over to that new MS account that you created.

    Xbox customer service is absolutely horrible

    The key is to talk with customer support and tell them that your account was hacked and that you need them to do an unauthorized access unable to recover escalation.

    This is what should happen.

    1. the support team should fill out a form to send to the escalation team these are some parts of the form.

    1. they will have you create a new MS account that does not have a xbox profile/gamertag attached to it.

    2. they will ask you for some information off of the console that your profile has been on.

    3. ask for the IP address for your internet where your console is at.

    4. ask for information that was on your account previously, Name, DOB, billing zip code

    they will then send this form up to the MS escalations team who will look over the information and determine if your account was hacked and that information is correct they will then move ALL of your account information including any licenses for games and
    movies over to the new account that you created at the beginning of the form. This is why it can not have a xbox profile attached to it because they will not be able to move the old account to the new account if there is one.

    It's also important to take steps to secure your account after it was recovered to prevent future hacks. This includes using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication, and being cautious of phishing scams.

    If it's not possible to proceed with the account recovery webform, nothing to worry, there is still a way for you to recover your hacked account.

    You will need to contact Microsoft Xbox support as they have the tools to escalate your case to the Account Escalation Team for an account recovery.

    We do not have tools here to use for an account escalation since we are independent advisors but no worries, I will directly reroute you to Microsoft Xbox support.
