I got locked out of my account with two point authentication after two weeks one Xbox agent...

Hey I set up the two step process on my Microsoft account and got the authenticator app set up which is sure useful for codes so then after I reset my passwords I just removed my account from my Xbox which you can do in the settings, then redownloaded it
and followed the steps worked perfectly ,and it was nice after two days of getting locked out.

Oh my, in my case I couldn't repair my controller and the replacement website didn't work! I contacted Microsoft and Xbox multiple times until two weeks after I got a call! Talked to an Xbox agent and SHAZAM! Everything got sorted out with the help of the agent!

After I got the CITV I had one of my buds to whip one out on the Canals, and we completely locked down the Helos. They couldn't get one past the drydock What sucks is he close to 3000 points for his work, I got 700. It took the two of us, but the points

I originally got the first two rewards as you did and then two weeks later I got the 800 bonus points into my account. If you haven't gotten the points by the 30th, I would contact Xbox support directly at (800) 4MY-XBOX

There isn't a way to remotely remove an account from an Xbox One, but as mentioned if you change the password on the account, that will lock it out and the other person will no longer be able to use it.

Also consider adding two factor authentication if you haven't done that already.
