    Hi I'm trying to renew the game pass ultimate but it says the region problem and it's all the same actually I used to I used to subscribe with that and enjoy it again pass for for many months now when I'm trying to renew it it didn't work I don't know if you guys can help me with that thank you so much

    Refund for Game Pass + How to cancel subscription/turn off auto-renewal & recurring billing.

    To cancel auto-renewal you need to go too the xbox website then go too payment and billing find Xbox game pass then turn off auto renewal on the game pass

    then it should cancel your auto renewal.

    Only problem I have with Game Pass, is I have heard if you do not renew it then you can lose your gold subscription too. Is this fact or fiction?

    If you have Game Pass Ultimate (which combines both Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass) and do not renew, then yes you would lose both. If you subscribe to Game Pass separate from Xbox Live Gold, then if you don't renew Game Pass (but still renew Xbox Live Gold)
    all you would lose is your subscription to Game Pass.

    Did you turn off auto renewal AFTER you purchased the 1$ Game Pass upgrade? If not, that is why this happened.

    It seems you was able to play the game because of game pass, it gives you Rocket league for free for the entire period you have game pass, when game pass runs out you lose the games you got from game pass until you renew your subscription, the game stay
    installed on your Xbox but unplayable until you purchase the game or renew the subscription.
