Microsoft seems to have forgotten that my Minecraft account belongs to me

I see you are having problems signing in on Minecraft, and even after attempting a sign-out sign-in refresh the issue persists. Let me inform you that many other users are also experiencing errors just like you (reset username, sign-in errors, failure to reach authentication services), and some of them also mentioned no troubleshooting steps worked.

Altough there's no official confirmation yet, there appears to have been an unexpected downtime on Mojang's services, and this may have caused the login errors and username resets some users are facing. For now, I highly encourage you to reach out to Minecraft support directly to report this issue, and to request further help with your username if the problem persists:

Maybe you have the license on a different account, don't forget to sign in on both Microsoft Store and Xbox app every time you try with a different account

**In some cases is necessary run the WSReset command before try with a different account, this helps to refresh all your content and licenses:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Did you already migrated your Mojang account to a Microsoft account?

If yes, the Mojang account has a different email address from the Microsoft account you're using to download the game?

Did you try putting that email address in the sign in with Microsoft button?

I have migrated the account a few months ago

Your answer makes sense, im gonna quickly swap around some accounts and emails and ill update you if anything has changed, I think some email accounts might be different or not match, thanks
