    my controller broke first experience ever trying to get a replacement. My controller is fully covered with Microsoft. Complete not my standard warranty. You read Microsoft complete when they’re selling. It has accidental coverage from what I believe if I’m correct like every other place Best Buy, Walmart, etc., accidental coverage means if it broke out of your hands, dog, chewed it the thunderbolt went through the window it’s covered. That’s where the extra money we pay comes in to play. There is no issue with my payment. I’ve paid for almost a full month of subscription without use. I’ve wasted total of nine hours back-and-forth with chats. No one has an answer in your support anymore, your support needs support your support ask for our information. I used to love this company. No one is in states anymore. That’s not even my problem. My problem is I’ve asked for a lead. Every conversation is never one present. They won’t let it escalate. I’ve paid for a full coverage extended warranty. You can’t even call the headquarters you can’t call anyone Microsoft isn’t Microsoft anymore. AI won’t let you call anyone people receive when you speak to anyone besides a person that answers and they tell you to hang up and making a new request. I’ve tried this honestly a minuscule version of this happen with me and Apple Apple upgraded my phone. They didn’t even charge me the extra which I was gladly willing to pay because it took four hours of my time that was quality I haven’t got one email back. I haven’t got one call had discussions deleted community. What am I doing wrong I’ve tried every route possiblethree hours in one Convo the guy didn’t even look up anything for me. He switched my replacement to a repair and told me that. A replacement was incorrect nothing has come. Nothing has shipped. I feel like this isn’t even the same company anymore. Did it recently get sold no kidding not one person has reached out, but they deleted three prior something that could’ve been done so easy it kept one person happy no concerns

    Issue is simple as this my controller broke. I have complete coverage. I seek out replacement. The form was given the form was filled stating the controller was broken.

    On your end, I was told that it would be 24 hours with the coverage next day. I get a email saying that this they’re gonna bring a Xbox player to better fix the situation support stuff whatever it’s broken what’s there to fix.

    After explaining that gets past to another person a higher up that is apparently present and then I start getting annoyed because now we’re talking on hours of re-explaining yourself over and over because they don’t have the ability to read the chat from prior conversations. It’s new to me.

    Lastly, the person that you guys had me with asked for information that was not needed next day. I get dings on my credit report. My replacement gets changed to a repair. I’m told that I’m gonna get a refurbished once the controller gets sent in until then. Just keep tight and shut up. These are three different days of conversing via chat solely. I recorded the one where the guy started asking for information. He didn’t need totally feel like my information was leaked no concern mocked an made my life even harder changed it from a replacement to now, Repair so what was the point of having full coverage accidental damage?

    And this is your way of worrying about what consumers pay for info leaked time. None of that is a concern. It’s the rant that’s gonna be the pinnacle.
