    Hello i have an acoount and the license in the minecraft i was playing it like a normal day but for like 10 minutes i just log out from minecraft and another time i wanna play it , it don't work all information gone but my license was there my nickname is mateuwert and if i wanna start a game it says please choose your nickname. Why i have that can someone help me?

    Strange thing is that the purchase Went through and worked for a couple of Days. Then all of a sudden it disappered from purchased items.

    As the owner of an account you have the responsibility for All the actions done with that account. If there is no option to review the case there will be no chance to contact the Enforcement Team. If the ban is a com ban you should get a ban for a couple
    days. The review of the case would take longer than the time the ban disappers. I would recommend to change your security options on your account that your friend could not use your account again.
