Permanent suspension life for having fun

I got permanently suspended for using infections/mods in older call of duties like bo2 I understand it’s wrong more than half of the community on there knows about it and how ez it is to use I couldn’t beat them so I joined them I DO NOT CHEAT IN PUBLIC GAMES I PLAY CUSTOM GAMES I can name multiple people that use infections/mods/ddos every chance they get or just abuse it IN PUBLIC Gamertags are-[mod removed]

now back to me and my permanent suspension which is killing me I understand I was wrong for using mods but in all Honestly custom games modded gamemodes like prop hunt/floor is lava/avalanche had a minuscule effect on public online gameplay meaning everything was private match still wrong I know and I admit it considering all that I put have a lot effort and time into playing legit in every single public match on every single game on my X and it has been like that since I made my account not once have I used mods to obtain a advantage against other players please give me 1 more chance with my account I only have fun on my Xbox I don’t ruin game experiences I am sorry microsoft please monitor and take action against the abuses of the community

it doesn't matter where you're using them, it is directly forbidden by the Xbox terms of service, regardless of your reasons or the age of the game

The enforcement team do not use the forums. Okok cool I didn’t know that! So what about a permanently suspension … do you need like multiple suspension or banned for you to get like fully suspended for life ?

It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.
