Ark Survival Evolved Failed to download

ARK: Survival Evolved

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.

Please make sure that your Windows, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store are all updated.

And then reset the Xbox App and Microsoft Store. To do this, go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find the Xbox app and Microsoft Store, then select "Advanced options" and click "Reset."

Next is to clear Microsoft Store cache by opening the Run dialog (Win + R), type WSReset.exe, and press Enter

Then run Windows Store troubleshooter. Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, then run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

After that is to check Xbox Services. Do this by opening Services (Win + R, type services.msc), and make sure that all Xbox-related services such as Xbox Live Auth Manager are running and set to "Automatic."

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly attempt installation on another storage drive and see if it works.
