I have to rebuy Minecraft

I have already bought Minecraft and I have been playing it for a long time, I think I purchased it around 2024 in November. So I have hadMinecraft Java and bedrock for a long time and never had any problems with it. However now it is saying that I need to buy Minecraft. I have tried almost everything to bypass this but nothing works. and every time I access my versions of Minecraft I have installed, it takes me to a demo world saying that if I want to play longer then I need to buy Minecraft. What do I do?

Hello Geoffrey, you bought the game directly from the Microsoft or Mojang website, regardless of where you bought it you used an account to log in and buy it, just log in again where you bought it and download it.

the win10 and the xbox one version of minecraft are two different games, if you want to use it on pc you'll have to rebuy it.

I would suggest you to wait until tomorrow. But in the meantime, try to download the Windows 7/8 launcher. Try playing the game using it.
