Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If you have a damaged code, you can try chatting with the Code Assist bot. You will just need to take a picture of the front and back of the card and then have your proof of purchase. When you begin the chat, enter “damaged code” so you can get connected. Okay so the dude jmw talked to was actually more knowledgeable on this issue! I don't know if it's the same for anyone else. So apparently on the scratch off card there are two codes, one for the game itself and another DLC. He scratched off the middle assuming
that was the code, but it was the DLC code and the actual game code was scrunched up at the top where he didn't scratch it off. He feels dumb, but it's downloading now!

Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.

what if i have a membership gold card where the pin number set of 25 digits is missing 2 sets of 5 digits

see i scratched off the silver part like normal, and it gunked up on me, so im missing two sets of 5 digits for my membership code can you help me please?

All Xbox codes are 25 digits. If this was a scratch off code that was rubbed off wrong, you can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, otherwise you may have to try returning it to the retailer you purchased it from. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
