Where can I contact Microsoft Support through texts/emails?

My Microsoft Account recently got hacked, and they changed the email connected to the account, and now I physically can’t go to my account that I’ve had for years, I have a picture of the hackers email address, and I have screenshots of orders I placed on the account but can’t share them here. I’d like to be able to share these through text or email as I have a problem with stuttering and wouldn’t be able to properly say the information without constantly pausing. The thing that confuses me is that the email that used to be on the account still gets occasional emails about the charge for Gamepass not going through, so even though on login places it doesn’t recognize an account with that email, the account recognizes that my email was on it.

If you contacted support by phone or chat, you did not contact Microsoft Rewards support. Their support can only be contacted via email through the link I sent you.

Unfortunately Microsoft does not offer an e-mail support system. When you speak with
Xbox Live Support (via free callback or live chat with a Microosft employee, which I know you said you didn't like) they will create a support ticket if needed, so you can come
back to it if needed.

If it's regarding a refund of a title, you can
submit a refund request, and then you can reply to any e-mail you may get from that.

Xbox have basically stopped using email for Support for quite a while.

My Xbox One S controller is a Micro USB and would presume the original Xbox One controller would be the same.

Where can I contact Microsoft Support through texts/emails?
