my microsoft account disappeared

Same issue for me. All my points just disappear and, due to the info on my microsoft account, I should have plenty of them to be converted.

that didnt work either. this is ridiculous. like i am on the xbox app, signed into my Microsoft account but the window to log into my xbox account will not come up. it pops up, flickers, then disappears.

I used the recovery form that the interactive tool gave me but it was a password reset and it didn't fix the issue with my xbox account suddenly disappearing from my microsoft account, Is there a way to fix this?
