    I probably need a link to human Microsoft support. Minecraft support said to talk to Microsoft support, all I can find is the Community forum.

    Description of the problem:

    • When it login to Minecraft it gives me the option to use the login for ALL applications or ALL Microsoft applications. There is no option to just login to Minecraft.
    • The problem is that my Minecraft login email (holding the game license) is different from my regular Microsoft login email (holding my personal Microsoft licenses) and my work Microsoft login email (holding licenses that I use for my work).
    • I usually use applications logged in with my work email address most of the day, even when I used personal applications. Never been a problem.
    So, the issue is that I cannot tell Windows that it is OK to login with my Minecraft email address to every application... as the Minecraft account does not have a license for any of them, and the other accounts don't have (nor should they have) licenses for Minecraft.

    The result is that although Microsoft recognizes my login as valid, I still can't use the game I bought... "for my convenience"!!!

Since Minecraft support has redirected you to Microsoft support, and you're unable to find a direct contact link, here’s how to speak to a real Microsoft agent:

    Go to > https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Scroll down and select “Contact Support”

    Choose “Microsoft account” > “Something else”

    When the virtual agent opens, type "Talk to an agent" or "Contact support"

    Select Chat or Call back, depending on what’s available

    Just make sure you’re signed in using the Microsoft account associated with your Minecraft license when you go to the site.

    This should connect you to a real Microsoft support representative who can assist you further.

    Minecraft account hacked, Microsoft account associated to Minecraft deleted and replaced ny hacker's account

    To be specific, I was not actually told that I could not recover my Minecraft account, only that the Microsoft support agents were unable to run this procedure. Are there not any services within Microsoft dedicated to Minecraft because I cannot seem to find any on the support page and Minecraft Support is only for Mojang accounts, which is not my case since I have already migrated my account?

    I am able to login to all my other games without issue. It is only Minecraft that has started having issues as of recently. I have also came into contact with Mojang before Microsoft support, and it was there I was advised to contact you. They told me "Minecraft uses a Microsoft account to access the game"

    The only thing Mojang support told me could be an issue, is the fact that I could have connected accidentally with a different account, but seeing as I have only one account, that cannot be the issue. As I already mentioned I also completely uninstalled the Minecraft Launcher together with the .minecraft folder, yet the problem persists.

    There is currently an issue with peoples profiles and accounts on microsofts side, I personally was unable to login as it said my account wasn't connected to a xbl account(fyi that account is the one i'm on xbox.com right now). The support staff told me
    to test again in 2-3 hours.

    Lost access to DLC I paid for just a couple days ago (Skate 3 DLC on XBOX Series X)

    I have received a response from EA support and they have told me they are "unable to provide the resolution to [my] concern", and have suggested that I contact Microsoft support - which I already have, where they told me to contact the game's publisher, that being EA. 🙄

    I will try to once again contact Microsoft support when I am able to during the week (seeing as they are closed on weekends) to try and solve this issue.
