What is even happening... Why am i the only one without control of my own accounts?

However in cases like this only support can give you some guidance, that's why they have access to your account and the information of what happened to your control and your compensation.

thats my problem, I signed into every microsoft account I have, none of them even have a displayed transaction history, not even my active Live Gold account has anything showing. I even logged into the 3rd account directly on my xbox 1 and nothing.

Thats why I am guessing that its the game being in a bundle only as to why I cant download it on its own. It is playable on xbox 1 but it only comes in that bundle, thats why I was hoping I could transfer the files from the 360 to the one, to avoid having
to get that bundle which I dont want

That makes no sense. Firstly I can do everything on my account without putting in further verification. Yet this only happens when I try to activate something on my child accounts. Also I am the only one with gold. No family pack here.
