    From almost 2 months now, I changed my password and I logged in with it, but I was asked to verify it is me, and I got no other option but by sending code to my phone number, and when I try to verify it, it says that I have to use another method (which I don’t have) so I tried to use the “I don’t have it anymore” option so they asked me for another account to use to verify and be able to submit a form to recover the account. I was asked about my first and last names , my birthday, my country and city and zip code and of course I am sure of the answers of those informations, but then comes the problem. I was asked about products I use which is the “Xbox” and if I purchased something before and yes I did, it was FIFA 25. So I was asked which console I often use Xbox 360 or One (I use Xbox series X|S) so I left those fields empty, then I was asked for my gamer tag and provided it, also the Xbox network device Id and I provided it, then I was asked about the credit card I used so I provided all the information on the card that was asked for, the fullname in upper case, the last 4 digits and the expiration date, so what happened next was that I was sent email on the other account that was used to start that form in less than a minute telling me that my answers are not sufficient and that my account is blocked till they make sure it is me, like I gave all the information that nobody can have but me and still I am blocked and did not provide enough data. I need to contact a real person through a phone call. I don’t want that virtual agent or self support services and don’t reply with a link that just redirects me to another inhuman useless solution. My request is 100% clear, I want to contact a human ( also additional information, I tried to reach for the contact numbers in my country but it just auto responded that spells me a link that is just another self support service ). So I hope that my case is genuinely considered and solved because I have been stuck for more than two months now and I waited too long without any helpful assistance or response to my requests.

If you've already submitted the account recovery form and are still not getting any results, I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further assist you with this issue.

    Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Unable to sign Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

    Kindly take note of the Phone support availability.

    Monday to Friday: 6:00am-5:00pm

    Saturday to Sunday: 6:00am-5:00pm

If you receive the message “Your account is currently unavailable" when you try to access your Microsoft account, your account might have been temporarily blocked due to unusually large traffic volume, suspicious activity, or a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement or code of conduct.

    If you know your password, but have lost access to some, but not all, of your security info:

    1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft account.

    2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.

    3. Microsoft will send a security code to the new number or email to confirm. Enter that code when prompted and then select Next.

    4. Select and expand the security info / verification option you have lost and select Remove.

    5. Select Remove again to confirm.

    To check your account status or reactivate your account, go to the Microsoft services account reinstatement page: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=874120

    After filling out and submitting the form, please allow Microsoft to review the information that you shared for at least 24-72 hours. Please monitor the contact email address that you used, including the junk and the spam folder for possible response.

    If you did not receive a response from Microsoft or you have account specific questions, kindly contact Microsoft support for your account to be checked further. You may use this these steps as your guide:

    1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

    2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

    3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

    4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

    5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

    6-Lastly, choose a support option

    I have already filled out all the form and the ai recovery says that they can’t prove that it’s me that owns the account. It is ridiculous that there’s nobody that can help me. I call everyday and get the same answers.
