Forza Horizon 5 Error Code | E:43-1b

Hello, to whom it may concern.

I've been receiving this error message, E:43-1b that my game save is no longer available, but I never played Forza Horizon 5, only Forza Horizon 4. I contacted the Forza support team before I contacted the community about it. I thought there was something wrong with the app, like repairing it, but it wouldn't work. I'm confused why it's showing this message, if people know to fix this, please let me know how to fix this problem.

Are your saves not being saved in Forza Horizon 5?

Did you have issues with your Forza Horizon 4 save?

If I am not mistaken, this error code is for an Invalid Profile, the peculiar fact is that it's happening with two accounts.

Are you playing on an Xbox Console or a PC?

In this situation, the best course of action is to contact the Forza Support team directly.

no, it only happens with forza horizon 5 and i don't get any error code, it just cancels the download by itself

I reinstalled Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.Only Forza Horizon 5 will have an error.
