Unable to Access Microsoft Account or Support

I recommend being very detailed about what happened and providing all the information you have available.

Completing the form does not guarantee that you can get it back, but it is better to try.

From what you say, yes, it is too late for a refund for the video game, but at least you can try to recover this account.

Finally seem to be getting somewhere with this. My issue on the Microsoft support forums ended up getting escalated, and the Global Escalations rep informed me that I am unable to perform validation to access my account.

Direct quote: "We request that you contact Xbox support and educate them that Microsoft account is unable to perform validation for your account."

Where should I go from here?

I’ve tried Sony support. They said they are unable to help as they can’t access the data required, as Minecraft/Mojang is under Microsoft license . Do I need to contact Microsoft Support to access them to access the data?

So is Microsoft unable to access the data as well? Then who can access the data which says which Microsoft account is linked to my PSN account?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to accounts/account information and are unable to assist with errors such as this. However, I would recommend contacting your email provider for additional assistance since you will be unable to update your Microsoft account information without verification.
