It seems to be a DirectX error. Generally, the DirectX components of Windows don’t usually have problems, and it’s usually caused by the graphics card driver. You can try to refer to this article from Intel to completely uninstall your graphics card driver and reinstall it (you can use Advanced Search to try several driver versions). At the same time, I suggest you contact EA for further assistance.

If none of the solutions have resolved the issue, you should do a clean install of Windows 10, as Microsoft's windows creation tool does a system restore, which fixes most errors.

Because this didn't work, you should do a clean install of the system either windows 10 or 11 if you prefer.
