My xbox wont display on my tv or moniter its just a black screen. I can here the menu. I have tried everthing and it wont work different hdmi cables and differents tvs. also try launching my xbox in to low resolution mode. I even tried factory restting it. Nothing works what do i do?

How long have you had this issue? Did something happen to your console like a drop or sudden power cut? Have you considered taking it to a technician?

Since you’ve already tried almost everything — different HDMI cables, TVs, low resolution mode, and even a factory reset — the best option at this point might be to take it to a professional technician for inspection. It could be a hardware issue, possibly with the HDMI port or internal video output.

Im currently having a similar issue.

When I say 'Xbox watch TV' from any xbox menu my TV goes black, as if its changing/reloading its HDMI input. After a few seconds the TV will come on, with a message in the top corner displaying the current HDMI input.

What used to happen is that my xbox would just effortlessly display the TV, without any delay/reloading of the screen.

Its super annoying.

this sounds like its the tv causing the problem not the xbox. ive run my pc games through my tv a few times via a hdmi cable. (my moniter is 2ms response tv is 5ms response) and i notice the tv is slower than my moniter, may be that your newer tv doesnt
have as quick a response time as your old one. It could be the xbox at fault but if its been working fine until the second you plugged it into the newer tv, id suggest checking the tv incase its got a fault of some sort

Yes I have checked the tv options. My cable is coming in fine no zoom. Its the xbox and tv and display offer no way to adjust screen size just resolution

I have same prob. I played for several hours, was editing my avatar and the screen went black. I could hear the beeps of the selections I made but just blank screen. I turned unit off and when I power on I hear all the sounds and menu selections bust black
screen. My TV displays that it's getting a signal but it's just black. I tried other input and tvs with no change.
