Xbox Cloud Gaming has suddenly stopped working on my Retroid Pocket 3+

I have a RP3+ (running android 11) and been happily using xbox cloud gaming with Chrome for months. A couple of weeks ago it stopped working. Essentially the rocket ship launches, then, as the rocket goes off screen, I am taking back to the cloud gaming app screen. Sometimes, you can just see an Xbox logo then a "we'll be back soon" error screen before it crashes.

I have tried:

Turning it on and off

Force closing, clearing cache, clearing storage and reinstalling Chrome and Edge

Changing wifi

whitelisting the app

Using different browser launchers (Chrome and Edge)

When I use Firefox, the game launches and I can play for around 5mins, before that too crashes with an "Oops..." error. When I use the xbplay app, it works with no trouble, but I'd rather use the official Xbox method.

Any ideas why it has suddenly stopped working and what I can do to sort it out?

For reference, using my Pixel phone, or PC or Xbox One on the same wifi, same account etc works just fine, its just the RP3+.

I have tried many different games: Skyrim, Minecraft Dungeons, For Honor. Previously I was able to play For Honor from the cloud but suddenly it stopped working and the region message appears.

I have also tried to play from my Windows 11 PC and it indicates the same problem.

My friend lives in the same city and has Xbox Series S and can play from the cloud without problems.

Thank you, i have also had a reply on bugs.mojang.com and said that it was a duplicate and on the original forum a lot of comments replied “thx for fixing”. I checked if it was fixed and it was. Ty.

I have been having a problem with my Minecraft forum on Xbox1. Logging onto my world I can play for approximately for seven to ten minutes before my screen goes a purple and black saying that this world is to corrupted and quit unexpectedly. This has been
going on for quite sometime and it is really bothering me. If anyone has a fix please let me know ASAP!
