Problem with Game Pass on windows

Please help me with this game pass problem, I am stuck just looping around.

I do have a payed game pass:

I try to start “PAW Patrol” which I have done before, 38% achievements reached

I press the “Play” button and I get in “Launching” mode

Then I get this popup dialog with an error code

When I press “Manage Subscription” I get the “Join now” dialog
But I have already joined and I am logged in as you can see in the top left corner and I do have apayed game pass (see the first screendump)

I go back and then I press the “See in xbox app” button

I get this dialog and I press the “Play” button

Pressing the “Play button” in step 7 leads me back to step 4 (loop):

I PASTED MY PREPARED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM HERE BUT WHEN I PRESSED SUBMIT ALL SCREEN DUMPS DISAPPEARED!!!
HOPE IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE ANYWAY

there are and have been many paw patrol games on game pass, some of which have left, which one are you trying to play?

Yes, of all my other game pass games, this one is the only one with this problem

I reinstalled my windows but still problem occurs. I think windows has to release an update for this issue, otherwise i will terminate my game pass subscription.
