Can you please fix Xbox Lamebar and stop breaking it?

Like I've had this issue for the last 6 months and can't talk to people no matter what audio settings or devices I use, gamebar is permanently locked at 1% volume making it impossible to hear anyone!

All audios settings are setup correctly, drivers up to date, devices are functioning, latest Windows version.

Like y'all just came out with a new update for gamebar which fixed so many issues and yet still broken

To help you better, could you please tell me what device you are playing on? (PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, etc.)

You can try:

1. Restart the Xbox Game Bar process. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), find “Xbox Game Bar” or similar, and end the task. Then reopen the Game Bar and check if the volume is still stuck at 1%.

2. Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox Game Bar from the Microsoft Store. Sometimes this fixes update or corrupted setting issues.

3. Make sure no other program is taking exclusive control of your audio, like third-party sound software.

4. Run the Windows audio troubleshooter (Settings > System > Sound > Troubleshoot).

Did you happen to play Destiny before this happened?

There is a bug in destiny that can temporarily break the wifi adaptor. Meaning it's impossible to connect.

I've seen a few possible fixes.

Clearing the custom MAC address then restarting is one.

The post above has a suggestion that might work.

And also holding the power button down for 10 secs until console fully shuts down then powering back on can fix it too.

The only sure way to stop Destiny breaking your connection is to use wired. Just got to wait for Microsoft or bungie to fix it.
