    if you haven't used any Microsoft feature as a counselor deleted after five years and you can't appeal suspensions after the first year

    same problem, brand new 250gb xbox did this to me, my elite was running fine literally 5 minutes ago.

    i deleted the guest profile and cleared the cache (even though it had never been used so should have had no history) and then it worked, performed the updates and recovered my gamertag. very strange though.

    is it going to bugger my xbox though if i leave it? i doubt its under warrenty as ive had it nearly a yr and half. its the ***, but its not hot sooo :\

    Yes, not just tried, i have to recover it.

    When i start the Xbox 360 Emulator the first step to do is recover my Profile but it does not work.

    I can´t get a Connection to Xbox Live even though i am connected with my Xbox One to Xbox Live.
