    Hello Microsoft Team,

    I’m urgently trying to recover my Microsoft account, which was recently hacked and taken over. Someone changed the recovery email and password, so I no longer have access to the account. I’ve already submitted several recovery requests through the official page https://account.live.com/acsr, but they have all been denied, despite me providing accurate and honest information.

    Here is what I still have and can confirm:

    • The original email address tied to the account.
    • A previous password I used.
    • Screenshots and receipts of past Xbox purchases made with the account.
    • A photo of my Xbox console with its serial number (I no longer own the console, so I can’t get the device ID).
    • Linked accounts and services connected to my Microsoft account.
    • My billing address and previously used payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
    • My Gamertag and an approximate account creation date.

    I’ve also attempted to contact Microsoft Support through phone and chat, but I always get automatically redirected to the recovery form, and the call ends without human assistance.

    This account is extremely important to me, and I can provide any further information needed to prove ownership. I would really appreciate it if a moderator or support representative could help escalate this or guide me toward an effective next step.

    Mateusz, I'm afraid that Microsoft Account support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is by following the methods indicated in the link below.
