Not enough info to prove its you

So for context my family just got a new XBOX series s for my little brother as he has a old beat up XBOX one. He is trying to log into his Microsoft account but cant remember the password he made, but every time he tries to reset it he gets a message that says there is not enough info to prove its him. Come to find out when he made his account it he did not add a phone number and or any other 2 factor authentications. Would there be any other way for Microsoft to get him back his account? Keep in mind he does not have this account logged into any other Gmail or other sites.

If you are trying to recover access to an account for which you do not know the verification methods such as an alternative email or a phone number, you must fill out the ACSR recovery form, I will leave you the link to a guide that will guide you through sending it.

It is important that you send the most complete information you can, since unfortunately there is no alternative method of account recovery, if this is denied, you can send it again with more complete information.

General recommendations I can give you:

- Sending this form from an IP address that you have used before from the account you are trying to recover will help.

- Answer as many questions as you can.

- Make sure you send the exact information that was entered into the system when the account was created.

Nope You need your email to prove that its your account. You would also need to prove some other info related to the email adress. Sorry.Use the account you have now. At least its gold and stuff

call support and if your can provide enough info to prove account ownership they can provide the msa email on that gt.

If phone support did not provide you with the password, then you did not provide them enough info to prove yourself the owner of the account. If that is the case, then there isn't much more that can be done by anyone who isn't phone support here.
