    Hi I was told that my capes would sync and would go to java edition because that is the main edition I play on. But I can't see the cape and I really want the common cape the and pancake (pan cape). Pls help Microsoft!

    Please check your Minecraft account settings to make sure that it is still listed as an owned cape.

    To do this, go to your Minecraft account settings: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile and see if the Founder's cape is still listed under "Capes".

    If it's not there, log out and back in to your Microsoft account because this can help refresh the syncing between your Microsoft account and your Minecraft account. After logging in, please check if the cape is there.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    The Menace Cape should first appear in the Bedrock Edition dressing room.

    Kindly double-check that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account where you redeemed the cape because if you're using a different account in the Minecraft Launcher, the cape won't appear.

    And then close and reopen the Minecraft Launcher to refresh your account and sync any redeemed items.

    To set your expectation properly, it can take up to 72 hours for it to show up in your Minecraft account. Please know that this delay is normal and caused by server-side processing.
