you would have to ask them, this is not flight simulator Support and they likely don't know either. You would have to inquire with the partner program

Microsoft Flight Simulator will be awesome, i can't wait for it!

Just fixed repairing the application. Just search for the Microsoft Flight Simulator in Start Menu, right click - More - Application Settings. Then click Repair and that's it.

For me this worked, it was pretty much because the launcher wasn't able to decompress some files correctly. navigate
your way to your roaming file (%appdata%), find your way to Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Official\Steam, delete all files that are not folders (for me I had like 6 packages at the bottom of my listing that were files not folders), then rerun the launcher
and it should correctly install them.
